Law on the practice of nurse - A closer look

Practice nurses Act is a set of State laws that govern specific aspects of the nursing profession. Laws are generally grouped with a chapter of the laws of the State, called the overall nursing Act into practice "the law". A nurse must be knowledgeable of their legal obligations regarding "the law". In
addition, "the law" allowed that a registered nurse to request the
written opinion of the advice on interpreting "laws", that the nurse can
be considered to evaluate legal options.

On the other hand, all laws governing the practice of nursing are not in "the Act" or "regulations. Common
