Types of nursing positions


Nursing
jobs are classified as nurse / (RN), nursing assistant authorized or
licensed vocational nurses (LPN / LVN) and a practical nurse.
Nurses are professional nurses who supervise the tasks performed by licensed practical nurses and licensed practical nurses. LPN and LVN nurses provide basic care under the supervision of a physician, a nurse or a nurse practitioner.




Licensed practical nurses are not nurses. Its functions are limited to the tasks entrusted by the IA or IAA. Certified
